I've always enjoyed making a good mess in the kitchen - my mess of choice being butter, sugar, flour, eggs, love (my secret ingredient) & a whole lot of chocolate chips! Over the years, I've made too many bowls of dough to count and after baking batch after batch, I finally perfected the consistency, taste, and size of the perfect bite.
